Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 28 September 2012 Jamie Hopkins, Chief Executive Officer, notified Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") that he had on 28 September 2012 bought 112,525 Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £2.66 per share.  Following the purchase, Jamie Hopkins holds a total of 117,414 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.081% of the issued share capital of the Company. 

Also on 28 September, 2012 Angus Boag, PDMR, notified the Company that his wife, Mrs Claire Boag, had on 28 September 2012 bought 22,026 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £2.70 per share through her SIPP, the Premier Trust. Following the purchase by Mrs Boag, Angus Boag and connected persons, now hold a total of 124,886 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.086% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification is given in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1).
