Workspace Group PLC ('the Company')
The Company has received a notification today from Harry Platt, Chief Executive
Officer, that he has today sold 2,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.012% at
£10.00 per share. He has also exercised today options over 21,430 shares at
£3.20 per share and 20,438 shares at £3.25 per share representing 0.25% of the
issued share capital. His resultant beneficial holding has now increased to
72,849 shares, representing 0.44% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
The company has received a notification today from Antony Hales, Chairman of the
Company, that he has today purchased 2,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.012%
of the Company's issued share capital at £10.00 per share. His resultant
beneficial holding is now 5,000 shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
