Dispatch of Prospectus and Provisional Allotment Letters

Further to the announcement on 7 July 2011 in relation to a fully underwritten Rights Issue to raise net proceeds of approximately £63 million, Workspace announces that the Prospectus and the Provisional Allotment Letters relating to the Rights Issue have been posted to Qualifying non-CREST Shareholders.
