Notification of Major Interests in Shares
The Company received notification today 14th December 2000 from Standard Life
Investments, informing them that on 13th December they purchased 202,180
shares on behalf of Standard Life Group and now have a material interest in
481,238 shares representing 3.031% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
company.
