Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification today from CGNU plc, informing them that
following the conversion of 11% Convertible Loan Stock into ordinary shares,
Morley Fund Management Limited have a material interest of 1,188,000 ordinary
shares, representing 7.22% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company. These shares are registered as BNY Norwich Union Nominees Ltd.
