The Company received a notification today from AEGON Asset Management UK,
informing it that following a purchase of 50,509 shares on behalf of AEGON UK
plc Group of Companies that they have a material interest of 675,509 ordinary
shares, representing 4.11% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
