Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification today from CCLA Investment Management
Limited, informing it that they have an interest in 566,400 ordinary shares,
representing 3.41% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

CCLA is owned 60% by the CBF Church of England Investment Fund, 25% by the COIF
Charities Investment Fund and 15% by the Local Authorities' Mutual Investment
Trust.
