The Company received a notification from RBC Holdings (Channel Islands) Limited,
informing them that the Channel Island subsidiairies of RBC Holdings (Channel
Islands) Limited (which itself, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Bank of
Canada) now have an aggregated holding of 5,106,508 Ordinary GBP0.10 shares, in
Workspace Group plc, representing 2.94% of the ordinary issued share capital
(down from a holding of 5,629,008 shares).
