The Company received a notification from Dimensional Fund Advisors Inc on behalf 
of Dimensional Fund Advisors and its subsidiaries, informing it that they are
interested in 5,446,580 Ordinary shares, representing 3.22% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
