The Company received a notification on 13 February 2006 from Calyon Corporate
and Investment Bank on behalf of the Credit Agricole SA group and/or its
subsidiaries, informing it that they have an interest in 6,597,384 ordinary
shares, representing 3.892% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
