Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 203 of the Companies Act 1985


The Company received a notification on 15 February 2006 from Citibank N.A. on
behalf of Standard Life Investments, informing it that on 14 February 2006,
Standard Life Investments disposed of 1,575,687 shares on behalf of Standard
Life Group. They now hold 3,572,928 ordinary shares, representing 2.107% of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company so subsequently no longer have a
notifiable interest.
