Notification of Major Interests in Shares

Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 203 of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification today from Calyon Corporate and Investment
Bank on behalf of the Credit Agricole SA group and/or its subsidiaries,
informing it that they currently hold 2,642,384 Ordinary shares, representing
1.5635%, subsequently they no longer have a notifiable interest in the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
