Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification from Citigroup on behalf of Standard Life
Investments, informing it that on 30 November 2005, Standard Life Investments
disposed of 300,000 shares on behalf of Standard Life Group, they now have a
notifiable interest in 6,478,114 ordinary shares, representing 3.835% of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
