WORKSPACE GROUP PLC - EGM PROXY COUNT
Workspace Group PLC ('the Company') advises that the resolution to approve the
Company's new long-term equity incentive plan proposed at the extraordinary
general meeting held today at 1 p.m. at the Company's registered office,
Magenta House, 85 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1DU was passed on a show of
