9 for 1 Bonus Issue
Workspace Group PLC, ('Workspace') the leading provider of flexible business
accommodation to small and medium sized enterprises in London and the South
East, announces that at an Extraordinary General Meeting held today the
resolution to approve the increase the Company's authorised share capital, for
the capitalisation of reserves and bonus share issues of 9 shares for every 1
held and for the variation to authorities dealing with allotment of shares,
share placements and share buy-backs was approved unanimously.
Proxy votes were cast by shareholders representing 73% of the Company's issued
share capital. The voting by proxy was as follows:-
