                 Ending of possible interest from a third party

Following the announcement of 15 November 2005, the Board of Workspace Group plc
announces that the third party who was considering a possible offer for the
Company has now confirmed that it does not wish to proceed.

The Board of Workspace remains confident of its ability to continue to drive
growth in its core business whilst unlocking additional value from its portfolio
through specific real estate initiatives.
