Delay in announcing final results

The Directors of Worldlink Group Plc ("Worldlink" or the "Company") regret to inform the market that the Company will be late in announcing its annual financial results to 29 February 2012.

The Board has been focused on a number of key projects which combined with issues involved in the process of the changing of its auditors have resulted in the Board being unable to finalise the accounts for the period ended 29 February 2012 at the present time. The Company has requested the suspension of trading in the Company's shares pending release of its final results.
