Announcement of a Possible Offer
The Directors of Worldlink Group Plc, (LSE: WGP) announce that The One Media Technology Corporation (the "Offeror") has approached the board of Worldlink with a view to a possible offer for all of the outstanding share capital of Worldlink.
While the Offeror is contemplating an offer, the talks may or may not lead to the making of an offer.
This approach does not constitute a firm intention to make an offer on behalf of the Offeror.
The date on which such firm intention to make an offer (if any) must be announced or an intention that it will not make an offer is 5pm on 2 March 2012 unless extended pursuant to Rule 2.6.
Shareholders are reminded of the provisions of Rule 8 of the Takeover Code which is attached to this announcement as Schedule 1.
