Worldlink signs as Sunderland AFC's New Betting Partner

Worldlink Group Plc (the "Company" or "Worldlink"), the UK listed Company with patents on providing changing data in real-time for mobile devices, is pleased to confirm further details of one of the heads of terms signed with Premier League football clubs as reported in its announcement on 29 June 2012,

The FA Premier League's Sunderland AFC and Worldlink announce that Worldlink has, under these heads of terms, agreed to become Sunderland AFC's Official Betting and Gaming Partner from the start of the 2012/13 Premier League season.

The three year deal that begins on August 1, 2012 will see Worldlink, become the 'Official Sports Betting and Gaming partner' of Sunderland AFC. Worldlink will provide dedicated desktop and mobile applications together with its licensed betting brokerage partner, Bet Butler, who will enable Sunderland fans to access the best available odds across more than 60 bookmakers.

Under these heads of terms there are certain financial commitments which need to be met by the Company. The Company plans to finance these commitments from its ongoing discussions with a range of partners.

Speaking about the new partnership, Sunderland AFC chief executive Margaret Byrne said: "I am absolutely delighted to welcome Worldlink as one of our key partners.
