RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of Worldsec Limited announces that
Mr. Paul Kwok Kin CHENG has resigned as a Finance Director, Chief Operating
Officer and Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 27th April 2006.
RE-DESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of Worldsec Limited announces that
Mr. Henry Ying Chew CHEONG has been re-designated as Executive Director with
effect from 27th April 2006.
Mr. Cheong, aged 58, has been the Deputy Chairman of the Company since the
listing of the Company's share on the London Stock Exchange in 1997. He was the
Group's Chief Executive Officer from 1997 to 2002 and became a non-executive
director when he jointed the UOB group. Mr. Cheong left the UOB Group in July
2005 and rejoined the Worldsec Group.
CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The Board of Directors of Worldsec Limited further announces that
Ms. Michelle Kei Yim CHEUNG has been appointed as Company Secretary of the
Company with effect from 27th April 2006.
