NET ASSET VALUE


The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Trust Companies, for Finsbury
Worldwide Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 6 October 2005
was 516.89p (ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value
was 508.17p as at the same date.
