NET ASSET VALUE


The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Trust Companies, for Finsbury
Worldwide Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 9 October 2006
was 533.27p (ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value
was 522.35p as at the same date.
