NET ASSET VALUE


The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Trust Companies, for Finsbury
Worldwide Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 15 June 2006 was
491.02p (ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value was
486.75p as at the same date.
