NET ASSET VALUE



The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Trust Companies, for Finsbury
Worldwide Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 19 October 2005
was 518.88p (ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value
was 509.89p as at the same date.
