In relation to the proposals by Finsbury Worldwide Pharmaceutical Trust PLC (the
'Company') for a placing and offer for subscription of new ordinary shares with
warrants attached and an issue of warrants to qualifying shareholders, copies of
a supplementary prospectus issued by the Company, which confirms the Issue Price
and the Warrant Exercise Price as previously announced on 14 December 2004, has
been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.
