The Board of AXA Property Limited (the 'Company') announces that application has
been made to the UK Listing Authority  and the London Stock Exchange for the
block listing of up to 9,999,999 shares of no par value in the capital of the 
Company.

Subject to the application being approved, the Company may, through its broker,
UBS, issue any or all of these shares  for cash from time to time provided that
no such issue will be made at prices below the then prevailing net asset value 
per share. There is no guarantee that the Company will issue all or any of these
new shares.
