Director Shareholding
Worthington Group PLC (the 'Company') today announces (in accordance with DTR
3.1.4R), that it has been notified that J C Dwek, Chairman of the Company, has
acquired 200,000 shares in the Company, at 11.6 pence each from Penmarric plc
(the 'Transaction'), representing approximately 1.7% of the Company's Total
Voting Rights.
Penmarric plc, is a company controlled by J C Dwek and his family. Prior to the
Transaction, Penmarric plc held 200,000 shares. Following the Transaction
Penmarric plc no longer holds any shares in the Company.
There is no overall change in the beneficial interests of J C Dwek as a result
of the Transaction. J C Dwek remains the beneficial owner of a total of
1,904,308 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing approximately
16.1% of the Company's Total Voting Rights.
