NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ('EGM')

The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders a circular dated
18 April 2006 (the 'Circular'), containing details of, inter alia, the proposed
sale of its property at Old Mill, Tunwell Street, Victoria Road, Eccleshill,
Bradford and the proposed sale of its property at Fence Avenue, Macclesfield,
Cheshire (the 'Proposals').



The Proposals are subject to the passing of resolutions to be proposed at the
EGM to be held on 5 May 2006 at Suite 1, Courthill House, 66 Water Lane,
Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AP at 10.00 a.m., notice of which is set out in the
Circular.



The Circular is available for inspection by the public at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing
