          Sudler & Hennessy acquires HealthAnswers Education in the US


WPP announces that its wholly-owned operating company, Sudler & Hennessey 
("S&H"), the global healthcare and marketing communications network, has 
acquired the HealthAnswers Education business of HealthAnswers Inc.

Based in Pennsylvania, HealthAnswers Education is a leading developer of sales
training and medical education programs for the pharmaceutical industry in the
US.  The business had net assets of $400,000 as at the date of acquisition.

The acquisition adds another strong provider of physician education programs to
the S&H network and a new capability in pharmaceutical sales force education and
skills training in the US.  It also continues WPP's strategy of strengthening
its networks in important growth sectors and markets.
