Change of Auditors

Wynnstay, the agriculture and retail group, announces that it has appointed KPMG Audit Plc ("KPMG") as auditors to the Group, in accordance with s489(3)(c) of the Companies Act 2006, with immediate effect. The appointment follows a competitive tender.

The Board would like to thank Whittingham Riddell LLP for its services over the years and looks forward to working with the KPMG team in the Liverpool office.
