Expansion into New Trading Area with Acquisition of Agricentre

Further to the announcement made on 19 October 2015, Wynnstay, the agricultural and retail group, is pleased to confirm that it completed the agreement with T. G. Jeary Ltd for the acquisition of its West Country farm supplies operation, Agricentre, and certain related assets, on 30 October.
