Wynnstay, the agricultural supplies group, announces in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) sub-paragraph (v) of the AIM Rules for Companies, that it has been informed by Jim McCarthy, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, that Crawshaw Group Plc, of which Jim McCarthy is Non-Executive Chairman, entered into administration on 2 November 2018.
