Wynnstay Group plc (the 'Company') announces that it has been notified that Paul
Roberts, a director of the Company, has today sold 11,000 ordinary shares of 25p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 265p per share. Following this
disposal, Paul Roberts is interested in 111,872 Ordinary Shares, representing
0.86% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
