Directors' Dealings
Wynnstay announces that, ahead of their retirement from the board of directors
on 30 May and 1 June respectively, Bernard Harris and Roger Griffiths, together
with fellow director, John Jones, have disposed of part of their shareholdings
in the Company, which have been placed with institutional investors.
The following dealings in ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') took place on 23 April 2008:
