Wynnstay Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that, on 9 August 2010, Ken Greetham, a director of the Company, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 254p per share.  Following this transaction, Ken Greetham is directly or indirectly interested in 34,506 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.21% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
