Wynnstay, the agricultural supplies group, announces that on 24 February 2020, Jim McCarthy, Non Executive Chairman, purchased 15,300 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 285.00 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Jim McCarthy has a total beneficial holding of 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.251% of the Company's issued share capital.

 

Additionally, Gareth Davies, Chief Executive Officer, also purchased 9,000 Ordinary Shares on 25 February 2020 at a price of 285.00 pence per Ordinary Share.  Following this transaction, Gareth Davies has a total beneficial holding of 30,091 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.151% of the Company's issued share capital.
