the Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') at 260p per share. Following this disposal, Paul Roberts is interested
in 119,068 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.01% of the current issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
