Exercise of Options
Wynnstay, the agricultural and retail group, announces that options to subscribe for 8,939 ordinary shares of 25 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which were issued under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme, have today been exercised by certain eligible ex-employees of the Company (the "Options").
Pursuant to the exercise of the Options, an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 8,939 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8am on 23 April 2018.
Following the above transactions and for the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue as at Admission will be 19,684,194 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at Admission will be 19,684,194.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
