On 11 November 2010, the Company was notified that, following the acquisition of 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 November 2010, the Polar Capital European Forager Fund Limited now has a direct interest in 696,409 Ordinary Shares representing 4.22% of the total voting rights in the Company.  The shareholding is registered in the name of Europe Nominees Ltd.
