Wynnstay Group plc ("Wynnstay" or the "Company") announces that on 17 November 2011 it received notification that Investec Wealth & Investment Limited ("Investec") now has an indirect interest, represented by client holdings registered in the name of nominee companies owned by Investec, in 914,620 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company, representing 5.51% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
