Wynnstay Group plc ("Wynnstay" or the "Company") announces that on 2 July 2012 it received notification that, following the acquisition of 23,469 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 29 June 2012, Investec Wealth & Investment Limited ("Investec") now has an indirect interest, represented by client holdings registered in the name of nominee companies owned by Investec, in 1,179,681 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.06% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
