Notice of interests

Wynnstay Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 12 January 2011, it received notification of the following changes in interests in the Company's issued share capital:

On 11 January 2011, BlackRock Agriculture Fund disposed of 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and now holds 1,105,291 Ordinary Shares representing 6.70% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.  BlackRock, Inc., the ultimate parent company of the BlackRock Group, now indirectly controls 1,158,711 Ordinary Shares representing 7.02% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
