Wynnstay Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 21 January 2011, it received notification that, following the disposal of 140,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 20 January 2011, BlackRock Agriculture Fund now holds 820,291 Ordinary Shares representing 4.97% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
