Wynnstay Group plc ("Wynnstay" or the "Company") announces that, on 3 June 2011, it received notification that, following the acquisition of ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 February 2011, Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited had an indirect interest in 532,939 Ordinary Shares on that date which, on the basis of the total voting rights announcement made by the Company on 28 April 2011, represents 3.21% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
