Notification of interests

Wynnstay Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 14 June 2011, it received notification of the following changes in interests in the Company's issued share capital held in funds managed by Blackrock, Inc. :

·    On 10 June 2011, BlackRock Agriculture Fund disposed of 319,484 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and now holds 500,807 Ordinary Shares representing 3.02% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.

·    Following an acquisition of Ordinary Shares on 10 June 2011, BGF World Agriculture Fund now holds 506,296 Ordinary Shares representing 3.05% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
