Wynnstay Group plc ("Wynnstay" or the "Company") announces that on 26 June 2012 it received notification that, following the disposal of 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 25 June 2012, Hermes Equity Ownership Services Limited now has an indirect interest in 664,565 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.98% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.

BT Pension Scheme Trustees Limited, as trustee of the BT Pension Scheme controls Britel Fund Trustees Limited, which is the parent undertaking of Hermes Fund Managers Limited which, in turn, is the parent undertaking of Hermes Equity Ownership Services Limited.
