The Company announces that it has today been informed that, on 30 March 2005,
Vidacos Nominees Limited, designation FGN, sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 25p
each in the ordinary share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 282p
per share. The resultant shareholding of 603,804 Ordinary Shares represents
approximately 6.96% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
