The Company announces that it has been informed that, on 3 June 2005, Hunter
Hall Investment Management Limited  sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in
the ordinary share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 220p per share.
The resultant shareholding of 503,804 Ordinary Shares represents approximately
5.76% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
