Disposal of shares
The Company has been informed that on 31 October 2005, Thomas William George
Charlton sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 25p each of the Company ('Ordinary
Shares'). Following this disposal, together with the conversion of securities
and the exercise of options announced on 7 October and 14 October, respectively,
Mr Charlton's resultant holding of 316,936 Ordinary Shares represents 3.25 per
cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
