management of Laxey Partners Limited and Laxey Partners (UK) Limited own 752,153
ordinary shares of 25p each of the Company, representing 7.40% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company. Neither Laxey Partners Limited nor Laxey
Partners (UK) Limited have a registered or beneficial interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company.
